LATE POLICY
Scenic City Dance has a very strict on-time policy.
"Early is on-time, on-time is late, and late is unacceptable"
Any dancer who arrives 5 mins after the start of class will not be allowed to attend. Entering a classroom after starting creates distractions, therefore we will not allow late entry. We understand problems arise, therefore we require a phone call to let us know you are running late. Our front desk manager Meredith will ensure your dancer is allowed to enter if you contacted SCD prior. No exceptions to this rule.

"BE KIND" PROGRAM
Scenic City Dance believes every child should have a safe and lovely environment to grow and flourish as a dancer and individual. We have a no-bullying policy that we believe is essential to the success of our program. If any staff members witnesses any form of unnecessary and inappropriate behavior they will be asked to leave class. An email will be sent to the parent addressing the concern and a meeting will be set if we feel necessary. If multiple incidents occur with the same student, that family will be asked to leave SCD. We do not tolerate any form of bullying including at SCD, any SCD event at location, or social media.

* As a reminder it is under the discretion of any SCD staff member to pull a child from class, ask them to observe, or notify the owner of any unnecessary behavior.
